Return and Exchange

IMPORTANT: NO RETURN POLICY (STRICT)

house of kurta follows a NO RETURN policy. Please read carefully before placing an order.


1) Applicable Country

This policy is applicable for India orders only.


2) NO RETURNS (Strict)

We do NOT accept returns in any case.
? NO RETURN at all.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Color issue / color not liked

  • Size or fitting issues

  • Change of mind

  • Preference reasons (style, pattern, look, sleeves, etc.)

  • Minor color difference due to lighting/camera/screen settings


3) Exchange Allowed ONLY in 2 Cases

We provide exchange/replacement only if:

  1. You received a wrong product, OR

  2. You received a damaged product (damaged on arrival)

? Exchange is not allowed for color/size/matching/change of mind or any personal preference.


4) Claim Window (Within 24 Hours Only)

You must raise the exchange request within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted.


5) Unboxing Video Mandatory (No Video = No Claim)

An unboxing video is compulsory for any exchange claim.
The video must be:

  • Continuous, uncut, and clear

  • Show sealed package, shipping label, opening, and product clearly (damage/wrong item visible)

? Without unboxing video, we will not approve the exchange claim.


6) Required Details for Exchange Claim

Share the following on WhatsApp/Email:

  • Order ID

  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Clear photos of the issue (wrong/damaged item)

  • Photo of outer packaging with shipping label


7) Exchange Process

  • If the claim is approved, we will arrange replacement/exchange (subject to stock availability).

  • If the same item/variant is not available, we may offer an alternate option or refund (only in approved wrong/damaged cases).
